A printer error has occurred on page 1878 in METHODS under the heading Protoplast Preparation, Pulse–Chase Labeling, Immunoprecipitation, and Endoglycosidase H Digestion. In lines 18 and 19 the composition of the W5 medium has been printed incorrectly in micromolars. The correct composition of the W5 medium should be given in millimolars as 154 mM NaCl, 5 mM KCl, 125 mM CaCl₂·2H₂O, 5 mM glucose.

An author error has occurred on page 2238 in METHODS in the sections describing the weight/volume figures for 2,4-D concentrations. Line 3 under the heading Cell Lines should read 2 µM (0.44 µg mL^-1) 2,4-D, and line 2 under the heading Cell Culture should read 0.05 µM 2,4-D (0.011 µg mL^-1).

Because of a printer error, the names of two colleagues studying HKT1 induction were inadvertently removed in two places in the printed version of the article.
