CORRECTION

Shuqun Zhang, He Du, and Daniel F. Klessig. (1998). Activation of the Tobacco SIP Kinase by Both a Cell Wall–Derived Carbohydrate Elicitor and Purified Proteinaceous Elicitins from Phytophthora spp. Plant Cell 10, 435–449.

Due to a printer’s error in the Methods subsection entitled Immunocomplex Kinase Activity Assay on page 447, the concentration of ATP used in the kinase activity assays was mistakenly given as 10 mM. The actual concentration of ATP was 10 µM. A corrected version of the sentence should read as follows:

Kinase activity in the complex was assayed at room temperature for 20 min in a final volume of 25 µL containing 0.1 mg/mL of MBP and 10 µM of ATP with 1 µCi of {gamma}-32P-ATP.
