• Supplemental Figure 1 - Genomic PCR analysis of eight genes whose expression is induced in response to colonization of the roots by AM fungi. These genes are represented by singleton ESTs or mycorrhiza-specific TCs (Table 3). AW586753 is the only EST in this group that represents a G. versiforme gene. Mt indicates that the template DNA in the PCR reaction was M. truncatula genomic DNA. Gv indicates that the template DNA in the PCR reaction was G. versiforme genomic DNA. EST identifiers are shown above the gel image.
