Tables 1 and 3 and Supplemental Tables 1 and 4 online were not published in their intended final form because of use of old selection parameters. Tables 1 and 3 are reprinted below, and new versions of Supplemental Tables 1 and 4 have been posted online. The revised Table 1 contains 62 identical genes to the 64 genes published originally, two genes were removed, and P-values and signal values have been updated. In the revised Table 3, two genes are now removed and eight additional genes are added. Of the 1309 genes that had been reported in Supplemental Table 1, 1162 genes (1228 Affymetrix probe set IDs) remain in the revised Supplemental Table 1 (note that some genes are represented by more than one probe set on the GeneChip). The genes removed from Supplemental Table 1 include abscisic acid–inducible genes already provided in Table 2. The revised Supplemental Table 4 contains an additional 28 genes. The changes to the tables do not invalidate other reported conclusions in the article but will affect the above-described numbers in the published text. Complete downloadable raw data files of all GeneChip experiments were made publicly available upon publication and do not require revision. The updated supplemental tables are also available at our Web site (http://www-biology.ucsd.edu/labs/schroeder/guardcellchips.html). The authors regret that data with earlier selection parameters were provided in these tables.
