Correction

Sang Ho Lee and Hyung-Taeg Cho (2006). PINOID Positively Regulates Auxin Efflux in Arabidopsis Root Hair Cells and Tobacco Cells. Plant Cell 18, 1604–1616.

The second sentence of the Introduction should read, "In the root, auxin movement is both acropetal through the central tissues and basipetal through the epidermis (Lomax et al., 1995)."

Also, in the Results, the subheading "PIDox or PIN3ox Increases Auxin Retention inside the Cell" is incorrect. It should read "PIDox or PIN3ox Decreases Auxin Retention inside the Cell."
