• Supplemental Figure 1 - P5CDH antisense lines are Pro hypersensitive. Arabidopsis lines with reduced expression of AtP5CDH and corresponding wt Col0 were grown on MS medium containing 30 mM sucrose and 0 or 15 mM Pro. AtP5CDH transcript levels were analyzed in seedlings grown on MS medium (60 mM sucrose) by RT-PCR using primers specific for the 3'-UTR of the AtP5CDH mRNA, which is absent in the antisense construct; AtActin2 was used as a control.
