• Supplemental Figure 1 - Figure S1. The level of AtMYC2 in the complemented plants. Twenty μg of total protein extracts prepared from 6-day-old WL grown wild type (Col), atmyc2-3andatmyc2-3(AtMYC2) seedlings. The AtMYC2 protein detected by AtMYC2 antibodies is indicated. The molecular weights of the protein bands are marked. The asterisk marks across-reacting protein band in the same blot indicating the loading control.
• Supplemental Figure 2 - Figure S2. The level of expression of AtMYC2 in overexpresser lines. Six-day-old constant white light grown wild type (ws) (WT), and two independent AtMYC2 overexpresser lines: overexpresser 1 (OE1) and overexpreser 2 (OE2) seedlings were used for RNA gel blot analysis. Twenty μg of total RNA was loaded onto each lane. 1.8 kb AtMYC2 DNA fragment was used as probe. The 18S ribosomal RNA has been shown as loading control.
