FRET-APB analysis of EDS1-CFP and PAD4-YFP. Arabidopsis eds1-1/pad4-5 leaves were co-transfected via particle bombardment and FRET-APB carried out 24 h after transfection. Mean FRET-efficiencies ± SD from at least 15 individual sample sites are shown. Mean FRET-efficiencies do not significantly differ from random FRET signals obtained for controls in Figure 8C and D.
