Supplemental Figure 1 -
Supplemental Figure 1. Exogenous cytokinin treatments decrease the amplitude of TOC1:LUC expression only at high levels. Seedlings were grown according to Methods, and treated with increasing concentrations of kinetin. At low levels of the hormone (5μM, left panels), the amplitude of TOC1:LUC is not affected in any of the genotypes tested. At higher concentrations of 50μM (middle panels) and 100μM (right panels), amplitude is decreased in wild type and mutant seedlings, suggesting possible toxicity associated with these high levels.
Supplemental Figure 2 -
Supplemental Figure 2. Virtual Northern of ARR3 and ARR4. Expression levels from many tissue-specific microarrays were compiled at Genevestigator, and plotted ± standard deviation. (A) Expression levels of ARR3 (left) and ARR4 (right) in vegetative organs. In all cases, ARR3 is expressed to less than 5% of ARR4 levels. (B) Expression levels of ARR3 (left) and ARR4 (right) in reproductive organs. (C) Expression levels of ARR3 (left) and ARR4 (right) in roots.
