• Supplemental Figure 1 - Sequence Alignment of EUI-related P450s (members of the CYP714 family) Used for the Generation of Phylogenetic Tree Shown in Figure 5.
• Supplemental Figure 2 - Substrate Preference of EUI. Shown are mass chromatograms of the molecular ion (M⁺) or a fragment ion of^aTMSi ether, ^bmethyl ester or cmethyl ester-TMSi ether derivatives of the substrate GA or its metabolite. Arrows indicate the peak corresponding to the substrate or product GA. The highest peak in each chromatogram was set as 100. For all reactions, the substrate was incubated at 30 μM with a yeast microsome preparation with (EUI) or without (Control) recombinant EUI. These results show that the substrate was undetectable when GA₁₂, GA₉ and GA₄ were incubated with EUI, whereas ent-kaurenoic acid, GA₅₃, GA₂₀ and GA₁ were not metabolized by EUI.
