Supplemental Data
Files in this Data Supplement:
Supplemental Figure 1 -
Correlation between average root length and average background PBG2:GUS expression for all NAAIRS mutants. Quantitative GUS measurements are of 12-day-old seedlings grown on MS medium.
Supplemental Figure 2 -
Alignment of SNI1 (aa 14-402) and the armadillo repeats of M. musculus α-importin (aa 70-496). SNI1 was threaded onto the ARM domain using an alignment from 3D-PSSM and DeepView Swiss-Pdb viewer. Gaps were manually adjusted to reduce free energy and create a contiguous protein chain.
Supplemental Figure 3 -
Representative NAAIRS constructs as GAL4DBD fusions in yeast. All NAAIRS mutations accumulate in a similar manner. Constructs marked in red are non-complementors; those in blue are functional.
Supplemental Figure 4 -
Map of pRAM. The P35S – TNOS cassette of pBi1.1t containing SNI1 (Li et al., 1999) was cloned into pCB302 (Xiang et al., 1999).
Supplemental Table 1 -
GO terms significantly over-represented among the genes expressed more highly in sni1 than wild type.
