• Supplemental Figure 1 - Protein sequence alignment of newly isolated euAP3 and TM6 homologues from various solanaceous species including a selection of B-class lineage MADS-box genes from other informative taxa. The protein sequences were aligned using CLUSTAL W and subsequently adjusted manually. The neighbor-joining tree based on this alignment is presented in Figure 5.
