  • a Plants were grown for 4 days at 22°C and then for 7 days at 15°C ; under continuous light (11 W mr−2). Anthocyanin was extracted from 10 seedlings by using 1 mL of HCl-methanol. The amount of anthocyanin was expressed as absorbance at 530 nm per seedling. The average of three experiments is shown.
