  • Three-week-old potato plants were subjected to high light (1100 μmol·m−2·s−1) and low temperature (6/5°C day/night) for 25 h (including 12 h of night) before measuring Fv/Fm. The results from three independent experiments are reported, with the number of plants given in parentheses. The presented Fv/Fm values are means ± sd of the average values obtained from 10 replicates per plant.
