  • The Psy-1 variety PS-1C26R2 (T7) was used. Immature is 11 ± 2 d after anthesis; mature green, 37 ± 1 d after anthesis; breaker, 44 ± 1 d after anthesis; turning, 3 d after breaker; ripe, 10 d after breaker. Three representative fruit from three plants were used for each developmental/ripening stage. The fruit were pooled and at least three determinations made per sample. The data are presented ± se.
